Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna (DDJAY) Jhajjar, we follow a clear and transparent refund process for the registration and allotment of residential plots at Sector-8, Jhajjar, Haryana. Please read the following policy carefully before registering.

1. Registration Amount

A registration amount of ₹21,000/- is payable at the time of applying for a plot under this scheme. This amount forms part of the total plot cost once allotment is confirmed.

2. Refund for Unsuccessful Applicants

If an applicant is not successful in the plot allotment process, the entire registration amount of ₹21,000/- will be refunded in full. No deductions, processing fees, or cancellation charges will be applied to unsuccessful applications.

3. Refund Timeline

Refunds for unsuccessful applicants will be processed within 15 to 20 working days from the date the official allotment result is announced.

4. Mode of Refund

All refunds will be credited back to the same bank account, UPI ID, debit card, or credit card that was originally used to make the payment during online registration. We do not process refunds to any alternate account or third-party payment method.

5. Voluntary Cancellation Before Allotment

If you wish to withdraw your application before the allotment process is completed, you may send a written cancellation request from your registered email address to info@ddjayjhajjarplots.com, along with your registration details.

6. Cancellation After Allotment

Any cancellation request raised after a plot has been officially allotted to an applicant will be handled as per the applicable terms and conditions of the scheme and prevailing government guidelines for DDJAY plots. Refund amount and timelines in such cases may vary and will be communicated separately.

7. Incomplete or Incorrect Information

We are not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by incorrect bank details, incomplete application information, or payment issues arising from the applicant's chosen payment method.

8. Policy Changes

This Cancellation & Refund Policy may be revised from time to time in line with updates to the DDJAY scheme guidelines. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
